St. Gregory School – Lenten Projects and Donations to Believe in the Gold
During the season of Lent, St. Gregory School has been involved in many fundraising projects and charity work, all in support of “Believe in the Gold”.
Childhood cancer does not discriminate; it can happen to anyone. It is the number one disease killer of children in the world. Childhood cancer claims the lives of more children annually than asthma, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis & AIDS combined.
Believe in the Gold aims to change these statistics and see fewer children affected by childhood cancer. We are working towards this goal by increasing awareness and raising funds for groundbreaking pediatric cancer research and treatments.
Below are several projects the students put their efforts towards to raise awareness and funds for childhood cancer.
Thanks to all students, parents and staff for their ongoing support of these projects and donations to Believe in the Gold.
- Jeans for Jesus
- Heart 2 Heart
- March Madness Brackets
- Gold Ribbon Sales
